How do you ship your packages?


We use Canada Post to ship our packages. Track your package by clicking here.




Shipping options + How long will it take to receive my order?


The delivery standards are estimates of how long it will take for the mail to be delivered. These delivery standards are not guaranteed. Please contact us in advance of ordering if you have any concerns.

CANADA

STANDARD LETTER MAIL (only available for smaller orders, no tracking and no insurance).
In Ontario

- Major and non-major Urban Centres ( 3 business days after dispatch ) - Northern Regions ( up to 6 business days after dispatch )

Other provinces outside of Ontario

- Major and non-major Urban Centres ( 4 business days after dispatch ) - Northern Regions ( up to 8 business days after dispatch )
EXPEDITED PARCEL (you will have a tracking number and your package is insured).
- In Ontario ( 1-3 business days after dispatch )
- Other provinces outside of Ontario ( up to 7 business days after dispatch )





SIZING

What is sizing like?


We use Unisex Bella + Canvas jersey short sleeve tees. Please keep that in mind when ordering. Use our sizing chart here to help you decide what size is best for you.

Do you have a physical store location?


Currently we are only online and may do the odd pop-up from time to time in Ontario.





WASH + CARE

How should I wash and care for my garments?


SHIRTS

Wash in warm water, inside out, with like colours. Hang to dry. ​​Medium heat iron. Do not iron directly on printed design. TOTES

RESTOCKING

Will you be restocking?


We always hope that the designs we release are well received, but sometimes you can't win them all. Depending on how well an item does, we will consider restocking.

If you are keen on a certain design and size, please reach out to us and we will do our best to keep you informed about restocks. We can also arrange to keep an item aside for you if we do restock.





RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?


Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Please be mindful when ordering. Exchanges / Store Credit

We do offer 30 days for our exchange policy. Exchanges are expensive as we do not cover the shipping costs. Keep in mind that you will have to pay to send the item back to us, as well as the shipping for us to send the exchanged item back to you. Exchanges will only be sent out after we have received the original item in it's unused and original condition. Please note: if the item is returned with pet hair, we cannot accept the item and will send your original purchase back.

If it is more than 30 days past your purchase date, unfortunately we are unable to provide an exchange or store credit.
